After graduating from UVA and working in LA, I started struggling with anxiety and bouts of depression. Western medicine didn’t quite resonate with me, so I began exploring natural remedies. This journey eventually led me to Thailand, where I reconnected with fresh, simple living and the power of holistic healing.
When I returned to the East Coast, I was fueled by a renewed passion for health and wellness. That’s when Crunchy was born—to help others bring self-care into their daily lives in a fun, refreshing way.
